Easy Returns
We will email you Return Labels or a delivery person will come to your house to pick up the package, we will inspect it in our warehouse and, if everything is packaged in its original state (plastics, labels, protections, cardboard...) we will refund inmediately. If the return is due to a technical problem in the suitcase, we will bear any return costs, but if it is an unjustified return or a mere change of mind by the customer we have to charge (between €7 to 9€ depending on the country)

Wollte immer einen Alu cabin trolley haben, habe aber lange wegen den sehr hohen Preisen anderer Hersteller gehadert. Finde den Koffer von TOKYOTO sehr gut verabeitet und auch innen durchdacht und praktisch. Einzig der ganz ausgezogene lange Griff ist etwas wackelig, aber darüber kann ich hinwegsehen. Alles in allem schaut er sehr gut aus und auch die Rollen sind leichgängig. Absolut zu empfehlen und Preis-Leistung stimmt total!

Son design esthétiquement parfait : Sobre, moderne et élégant. Au-delà de l’apparence, elle est aussi très pratique et fonctionnelle, avec un agencement intérieur qui permet d’optimiser facilement le rangement.
Mais le point fort reste sa maniabilité exceptionnelle : elle roule avec une grande fluidité et se déplace sans effort, même dans les couloirs étroits d’aéroport ou les transports en commun.
En résumé, une valise à la fois robuste, chic et très agréable à utiliser, qui répond parfaitement aux besoins des voyageurs exigeants.
