after the first trip from Vienna to Mexico, the pocket on the power bank broke off – I note that the suitcase was completely full, so the power bank had no possibility of arbitrary movement

The suitcase looks cool and it’s really light but the key to the lock is missing. As I need to hurry back home, there’s no chance for me to return the product. It’s a pity. Not sure if TOKYOTO global service can help pass me one.
